Specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines are established under individual Statements of Work (SOW) or formal client agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All custom applications, workflows, scripts, and documentation developed specifically for the client during an engagement belong exclusively to the client upon full settlement of project invoices, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. 24Loops retains rights to its pre-existing proprietary tools, reusable components, and general know-how.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We adhere to strict confidentiality regarding all client data, tenant credentials, proprietary business logic, and trade secrets accessed during consulting engagements.

4. Limitation of Liability

While 24Loops exercises utmost technical diligence and adheres to Microsoft certified standards, 24Loops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party cloud platform outages, upstream Microsoft API changes, or unauthorized modifications made by non-24Loops personnel.
